This week the focus is on fly fishing and Keith will be joined by Hywel Morgan, a world class angler, casting expert and instructor. They’ll be discussing current techniques and giving you some great advice to help you improve your results.

We get out for some tuition from another leading fly angler as Peter Cockwill takes us to a private lake that he manages in the heart of Surrey. He demonstrates his approach to this type of stillwater, with plenty of tips on fly-choice and tactics.

There’s also the chance to get up-to-date with what’s been happening on the road to Fish’O’Mania. With the grand final just over 3 weeks away you can find out how events unfolded at the 2 most recent qualifiers at Cudmore Fisheries and Woodlands Lakes, Thirsk.

And Keith will have his regular round-up of the sport you can look forward to at the weekend. There’ll be details on the best methods and baits to use at some typical sea, game and coarse fishing venues around the UK. Whatever your preferred discipline, there’ll be some valuable information for you.

On Tight Lines next week Keith’s guest will be 2006 Fish’O’Mania champion Neil Machin. They’ll be looking back at the final 2 qualifiers of this year’s campaign and casting their minds forward to the main event at Cudmore Fisheries on July 18th. There will also be plenty of sound advice for experienced and budding match-men everywhere.
