A mini two day festival has been arranged at Ulley Reservoir and Country Park in South Yorkshire, on the 28th and 29th of March.
Ulley has been on great form over the past few seasons at this time of the year, with roach, skimmer and bream catches falling to a variety of methods.
The festival has limited places to ensure good pegging. Entry is £50 all-in, and there will be an optional super pool for those who want to pay into it.
The first day of the festival will be an open draw, with a section of anglers on each bank of the reservoir. On the second day, you will then fish the opposite section, meaning every angler will fish both banks.
There are also open matches every other Saturday, the next match is on Saturday the 7th of February.
Pete Allott, a venue regular who is organising the event said "Ulley Reservoir is a very vast venue, that offers some exciting and wild fishing. Some days you'll be targeting big bream, while others you can catch nets of roach and hybrids. In recent years, the venue has been somewhat forgotten. It will be great to get more events organised here this year, to allow anglers to enjoy the fishing."
